Soul 04:23
There’s a man singing in the street, he only asks that you move your feet He don’t care where you come from, he don’t care what you own He don’t live in no house, he don’t own a car All he drives in this world is an old guitar They say he’s living on his bones; he calls it living from the heart He ain’t got a lot but he’s got Soul He’s the greatest man I’ve ever known Train pulls closer but this man ain’t riding Of all the faces he’s the only one smiling In his eyes, 9 til 5’s never looked so contrived How to live without being alive Take your gold coin and your silver one too What he really wants is to get through to you It shouldn’t matter where you came from, it shouldn’t matter what you own He ain’t got a lot, but he’s got Soul He’s the greatest man I’ve ever known Some call it city livin’, he calls it city dying Life’s too short to spend it all lying To yourself and everyone else, better to be true To yourself and everyone else, better to be you

Sunshine 05:24
Another lonely night  Fighting to keep this fire burning  Fades with every tear  Does by my side have to mean hurting?  You've been known to hold on to the pain of the past  I know I've let my ego cloud my thoughts and path  In the fallout of another breakdown  There’s no turning back  You belong in the sunshine  Your smile was meant to be  You belong in the sunshine  Nothing should come between  Another empty day  Hollowed by stinging sounds  Don’t let this love go to waste  Fade to nothing on this battleground  You've been known to make assumptions that only bring you pain  I know decisions I've made still stand in our way  In the fallout of another breakdown  There’s no turning back  You belong in the sunshine  Your smile was meant to be  You belong in the sunshine  Nothing should come between

Reflections 03:19
Open my eyes to half a life ago, blue breeze whispers to me  A song long forgotten, needles in the evergreens  Voice of the boy making noise; wood, strings and melody  In that house on the hill in between the valley and the sea  Growing reflections in the water  River running through my veins  House of wood and green iron  Shaped me day by day  Smiling wide, lost in times embrace  Swinging through life on the hinges of a wooden gate  Hands of my father, mother made the space  Left wanting for nothing as little life takes shape  Growing reflections in the water  River running through my veins  House of wood and green iron  Shaped me day by day  The river water, running through my veins  The river water, shaped me day by day

With A Smile 03:53
Feet planted firm in the dirt, words fly overhead but a few ever land on my earth Little explosions of hope let me know of a life that’s beyond, The sound I hear calling soothes and it stokes, then it’s gone I wake with a weariness that I cannot shake Hope lives inside days thinking how long must I wake Invisible hand beckoning me, I supressed it too long The sound I hear calling soothes and it stokes, then it’s gone Then it’s gone… So I’ll wait, with a smile on my face I’m going to wait, with a smile on my face Knowing in time, that every silence must break I’m going to wait, with a smile on my face A falling stone I am, momentum I gain Released from proceedings that twisted and turned me away Pain by decision, fulfilment is all we’ve got The sound I hear calling, soothes then it stokes then it’s gone Then it’s gone… So I’ll wait, with a smile on my face I’m going to wait, with a smile on my face Knowing in time, that every silence must break I’m going to wait, with a smile on my face The path it winds but I’ll stay inside the lanes I’ve made Temporary paper pleasure gone and lost its hold on me Forfeiting sleep becomes easy under the right name Savour the chase

Girl I don’t know how much you know or if you heard the words I said How many days and nights must we go, until we find the road ahead? Lately I’ve begun to wonder, if not now then why or when? Guess we’ll never feel stronger, think we should ride this wave until it ends I would let go of everything I know, just to see the smile on your face If everything happens for a reason, this is one time I don’t want to tempt fate, I let go. Too many times questions go begging to be asked; too many times you’ve crossed my mind If all it takes is just a little bit more, then it’s only a matter of time I would let go of everything I know, just to see the smile on your face If everything happens for a reason, this is one time I don’t want to tempt fate, I let go. I don’t know where I’m going but all I want to know is that I’ll be going there with you I would let go of everything I know, just to see the smile on your face If everything happens for a reason, this is one time I don’t want to tempt fate, I let go.
